Changes

Connection approvals now remain actionable in private, empty, preparing and Settings views. Sharing preflight checks run before external input is revoked, so failed or stale transitions preserve the existing shell and writer.

Separate connection admission, session participation, control coordination and UI state; use common decision actions for cards, keyboard shortcuts and palette. Add required production-App and real Rust Harness collaboration regression checks. Bump the preview release to 0.8.3 and correct validation coverage in release notes.

Validation

• 246 Rust tests, 46 frontend tests and 78 release tests passed locally.
• Production-App browser fixtures, real Rust Harness collaboration and real OpenSSH authentication/sharing regression passed.
• Source hygiene, version declarations and production frontend build passed.
• This patch has not been interactively tested on macOS because the test Mac is offline. Linux/Windows native GUI and installed-app upgrade acceptance remain open; CI builds and signing/notarization are separate checks.
