When an agent opened or worked in a different terminal, the person could lose the request and control context. This patch keeps pending requests, active control and recent agent activity visible across tabs, and routes notices to the exact live session/request while preserving the person's selected tab.
It also adds terminal-preparation requests for admitted agents without an available shell, improves Observe and reconnect guidance, and fixes core/UI disagreement when resizing wrapped output. New shells start private; sharing, navigation, command approval and control remain separate decisions. English/Korean copy, the product backlog, release notes and all version declarations are updated for 0.8.4.
Validation:
Local native compilation is blocked by missing GTK development libraries; the full three-platform CI matrix is required before merging. Native taskbar/Dock attention, minimized/multiple windows, Mac/Windows interactive collaboration, real SSH reconnect/reauthentication and installed-app upgrades remain explicitly unverified for this patch.
