Overview
Bumps the Python SDK to 2.76.0 (Fern regeneration), adds an MIT LICENSE, and wires a new top-level client.reception tree for SMB receptionist/reseller workflows—services, staff, locations, holidays, phone numbers, receptionists (rules, procedures, transfer rules), business profile, knowledge sources, plus reseller workspaces, subscriptions, tiers, and billing.

The elevenlabs.reception package is repurposed for those clients (prior dubbing stream message exports under reception are dropped in this generation). Conversational AI gains knowledge-base document auto-sync patch fields, triage ticket qa_comment on update, and test-invocation listing filtered by created_by_user_id. Docs note relaxed no_verbatim STT wording and stricter service-account API key expiry behavior.

Dubbing project create now JSON-encodes keyterms and webhook_ids in multipart form data—this may conflict with an existing repo customization for list multipart fields and should be reconciled before merge (per the PR bot note).

Dubbing lists JSON-encoded again

Unresolved regen conflict restored json.dumps around multipart keyterms and webhook_ids in both sync and async create. The API expects repeated form fields, so those lists are sent as a JSON string instead. import json was also dropped, so create raises NameError before the request is sent.
