…NUserNotificationCenter) + builder AndroidPermissionsNoAutoRequest New generic plugin: the app schedules its own, already localized text for a time (ids 1..63) and the OS shows it. No push, no server, no SDK account. - Android: WorkManager one-time work posts the notification (survives reboots and app updates); an expiry drops work that Doze ran too late. Permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS, API 33+) requested on demand, answer polled from the activity's window focus. A tap opens the launcher activity with a custom action so a running singleTask app gets it through onNewIntent. - iOS: calendar trigger; the tap delegate is installed from a framework constructor at didFinishLaunching, so a cold-start tap is caught. - Desktop/web: managed stubs (Notifications.Available == false). - CI: build-notifications-plugin.yml builds Android + iOS and commits the libraries on main. Builder: AndroidPermissionsNoAutoRequest keeps a declared dangerous permission out of the launch-time prompt, so the app can ask at a moment of its choosing.
