Governed data, AI and automation for regulated financial services

I bring more than 12 years of experience in European financial services, spanning data governance, operational control and business transformation.

I design and prototype practical, auditable solutions that translate governance requirements into accountable operating models, validation controls, traceable workflows and human-supervised AI. My work connects business ownership with documented technical evidence using Python, SQL, APIs, Streamlit and LLM-based applications.

Flagship project

A DAMA-aligned data-governance operating model for a fictional regulated Swiss insurer, demonstrating how governance policy can be translated into an operational framework.
