feat(docs): 侧边栏悬浮指示条与虚线导轨重合 - #314

嵌套行的悬浮条原来 left: -8px，只退回 padding，落在虚线右侧 x∈[9,14]， 与 x=8 的 1px dashed 导轨并排相邻。改为 left: -9px 再退回 1px 边框宽 度，条的左边缘与导轨完全对齐（实测两层深度 dx 均为 0），悬浮时该行 42px 段的虚线被条盖住，实现「悬浮行看不见左侧虚线」。 不影响其它行：::before 静止态 background: transparent，非悬浮行的虚线 段完整保留；一级条目无 children 容器祖先，left: 0 不受影响（实测仍在 x=0）；active 变体的几何未动。 浏览器实测（本地构建，强制 :hover，两层深度各行）： 条左边缘 == 虚线 x（dx=0），条完全覆盖 1px 虚线 一级条目悬浮 条 x=0，行为不变 版本 0.30.7 → 0.30.8。
