Resolve frontend ESLint errors and warnings without disabling rules.
Separate the theme hook from the provider component for Fast Refresh compatibility.
Refactor React state synchronization and remove unused variables and props.
Add regression tests for the fixes.

Validation

ESLint passed with zero errors and warnings
66 tests passed
Production build passed
