Summary

Keep note selection stable during background list updates.
Preserve unsaved drafts and undo/redo history across note switches.
Prevent background server updates from overwriting dirty drafts.
Add save, discard, and unsaved-draft indicators.
Warn users before leaving with unsaved changes.

Validation

84 tests passed
ESLint passed with zero errors and warnings
Production build passed
