Summary

Remove the unused avatarUpdated window event.
Propagate avatar and profile updates through explicit callbacks.
Consolidate Sidebar user properties into currentUser.
Replace raw state setters with semantic action handlers.
Reset avatar error state when the avatar URL changes.
Add regression tests for avatar updates and Sidebar behavior.

Validation

96 tests passed
ESLint passed with zero errors and warnings
Production build passed
