Extend the HTTP/2 streaming decoding matrix with pre-EOF trailer visibility assertions and empty/invalid Content-Encoding streaming fixtures across synchronous and asynchronous prior-knowledge and h2c-upgrade transports.
This keeps regression coverage aligned with the response decoding transport matrix without changing protocol implementation behavior.

Adds executable HTTP/2 streaming content-decoding regression coverage across prior-knowledge and h2c-upgrade transports, including sync/async parity, gzip members, deflate variants, unsupported and malformed codings, decoded limits, trailer visibility, and early-drop cleanup.
