log_FDR.bw does not exist

Thanks a lot for a great tool!

I am running into an issue where one of the files (log_FDR.bw) is referenced in trackDb.txt, but does not exist. The snakemake pipeline ends without any errors and all the other bigwig files exist. Removing the missing file mention from trackDb.txt allows me create a UCSC session. There no mention of this file in the snakemake log file.

I had this issue in v0.1.3 and v.0.2.0, with both ONT and pacbio data, hg38 and T2Tv2.0.
