INTER-2639: docs: fix broken Android proximity detection link in README

Part of INTER-2639.

Fixes the broken "Android SDK documentation" link in README.md and sdk/README.md (the latter is copied from the former by copy:readme).

• Old: https://dev.fingerprint.com/docs/native-android-integration#proximity-detection-for-android-devices (anchor not found)
• New: https://docs.fingerprint.com/docs/android-sdk#using-location-data-for-proximity-detection
