Speep Timer interrupts playback only briefly #235

I downgraded to 2.5.0, and now everything works fine again. The Sleep Timer really ends the playback, and AudioAnchor does not start the playback directly after fading it out.
(Does anyone read these issues?? It's unusual for me not to get any reaction when I report a bug.)
I suspect this has something to do with the fix for #220 which was implemented between 2.5.0 and 2.6.0. I tried to reproduce it, but was unable to do so so far. Does this occur only if the screen was locked for a longer period of time or does it happen if you e.g., set the sleep timer to 1min and then lock the screen?
The error also occurred when I set the sleep timer to 1 and then locked the screen.
I tried version 2.7.0, I still had the same problem with it, so I switched back to 2.5.0.
I still wasn't able to reproduce this, but found something that could potentially cause this. The potential fix will be in the next release (the one after 2.7.0). Feel free to reopen this if the issue persists.

since the update to AudioAnchor 2.6.0 the Sleep Timer no longer works
properly.
Just before the set time, playback will fade out and stop at the right
time, but after about a second, playback will resume.
The error only occurs when the screen is locked. But for falling asleep,
the screen should of course be dark.
The error only occurs if "Autoplay" is active in the settings under
"Playback", but of course this is also intentional, otherwise the
playback stops at the end of the track, and that is often too early.
Operating system is: LineageOS 22.2-20260907-microG-enchilada
