  • Generalized to finite Omega spaces for probability distributions
  • Various simplifications
  • Changed the build process and included the latex file back to the repository

The sample space of Findist and FinRV is now an arbitrary finitely-enumerable
type Ω with [FinEnum Ω] instead of Fin n. Random variables remain bare functions
Ω → ρ sharing a single Ω, so a distribution and its random variables are tied to
the same set at the type level. Expectation and probability route through the
Fintype structure, so their values are independent of the enumeration order.

- Findist Ω / FinRV Ω ρ generalized; nonempty now yields Nonempty Ω; singleton
  replaced by dirac.
- nneg_dotProd_pos_ex_pos reproved over any Fintype (Finset.sum_nonpos), dropping
  the Fin-induction and dotProduct_head_tail.
- RV_Unique_Values / expect_def_correct rebuilt on FinEnum.toList.
- Discrete RV label spaces kept as Fin k.
- Matrix.lean fixed (broken import), generalized to Ω, and added to MDPLib.
- Replaced local false_of_le_gt / false_of_lt_ge with Mathlib not_lt_of_ge /
  not_le_of_gt at all call sites.

Replace the stale leanblueprint workflow (which built a nonexistent
Probability target against a missing blueprint/ directory) with a simple
workflow that builds MDPLib, its doc-gen4 documentation, and latex/main.tex,
then deploys the docs and paper to GitHub Pages via the standard actions.
Link the published documentation from the README.
