fmc.freethinkel.dev now goes through a Cloudflare tunnel to kuzyo (pets incus container → fmc-caddy → /srv/pets/fmc/www). SSH to the domain times out, so make deploy DEPLOY_HOST=root@fmc.freethinkel.dev hangs and the CI deploy job has failed on every push to main since the move. Prod was still serving the Oct 6 build.

  • Makefile: DEPLOY_HOST ?= kuzyo (ssh alias, LAN only; tailnet root@100.72.74.39 from outside), DEPLOY_PATH ?= /srv/pets/fmc/www. deploy exports the prod build env the CI job used to set: an empty VITE_PB_URL so a dev .env can't leak into the bundle, and the public Aptabase key.
  • ci.yml: drop the deploy job. GitHub can't reach the home server; a Tailscale action could bring it back.
  • README / .env.example: updated to match.

Already deployed from this branch: the live start.*.js matches the local build, and /api/health and /editor return 200.

fmc.freethinkel.dev now goes through a Cloudflare tunnel to kuzyo, so ssh to the
domain times out and every CI deploy since the move has failed. make deploy now
defaults to kuzyo:/srv/pets/fmc/www and sets the prod build env itself (same-origin
PocketBase, the Aptabase key). The CI deploy job is gone: GitHub can't reach a home
server.
