Prepare v0.2.1 to ship the merged Rustls security fix and dependency updates since v0.2.0. Update only bitcoinvert's package version in Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock.

Validation: formatting, locked debug and release builds, all 60 tests (28 unit and 32 integration, including ignored tests), strict Clippy, and the security audit passed. All six GitHub CI checks passed on commit 072c723. The optimized binary reports bitcoinvert 0.2.1; the security review found no actionable issues.
