Keep core host validation on every pull request and add a Friday/manual full sweep for the secondary NixOS hosts and active standalone Home Manager configuration. Native x86 and ARM64 runners build each target on its own architecture; the CI-only bigboy variant omits DisplayLink's manually acquired EULA-gated source without changing the deployed host.
