Adds hermes-social-digest-pipeline as a flake input and enables services.hermes-social-digest-collect on nixnuc, co-located with the existing social-reader-mcp HTTP listener (loopback URL — no LAN/Tailscale hop). Runs as its own dedicated system user with strict systemd hardening, separate from social-reader-mcp's user and from the hermes_social_digest_mcp_token secret (which carries only the bearer token this collector needs, not the platform credentials social_reader_mcp_env also holds). This only automates the deterministic collect/catch-up half of the pipeline. Turning collected candidates into a delivered digest still needs an actual agent invocation, which is a separate, more deliberate piece of foundation work (a scoped Hermes coordinator identity) rather than something to fold in here. Verified with `nix flake check`, a full nixnuc closure build, and `deploy-rs --dry-activate --skip-checks` against nixnuc, which confirmed the new secret and both systemd units activate as expected.
