Summary

Stacks three related error-reporting fixes into one reviewable change:

• Credential guard tracebacks on a non-integer POSTGRES_PORT instead of reporting it #92: report malformed component-mode POSTGRES_PORT as a stable problem line instead of raising from the deployment credential guard.
• ROADMAP-19 — P2 — AGENTS.md compliance cleanups (os.getenv, silent suppress, hardcoded retry-after, arg leakage) #111: keep tool arguments out of client-visible duplicate-loop failures and INFO logs; log trace persistence failures with run_id and step_no; source OpenAI credentials only from settings; honor OpenAI retry-after-ms and retry-after response headers before applying the configured fallback.
• ROADMAP-21 — P2 — Minor robustness odds-and-ends (executor marker, uuid5 fallback, N+1 sink, limiter falsy, Gemini sniffing, OpenAPI typings) #113 (item 5): classify Gemini authentication errors from structured error metadata and correctly fall back from a missing code to status_code.

Closes #92 and #111. Addresses item 5 in #113; the remaining independent odds-and-ends are not included.

Codex review follow-up

OpenAI rate-limit errors now read retry delay from exc.response.headers: retry-after-ms is preferred and converted from milliseconds, retry-after supports numeric seconds and HTTP-date syntax, and the configured RETRY_AFTER_FALLBACK_S is used only when the response headers are missing or invalid.
