Summary

Implement Phase 5 (Output & Human-in-the-Loop) for gitmate on branch feat.

Deliverables

• R1: Interactive Commit Review Flow (gitmate commit): Interactive review loop in committer.py with [a]ccept, [e]dit, [r]egenerate, and [c]ancel. Non-TTY exit guard, Rich panel display, and secure tempfile commit.
• R2: Non-Interactive Guardrails (--yes): Added allow_noninteractive_commit setting in GitmateConfig and gitmate config set. Fail-loud code 1 exit if --yes is passed without config opt-in.
• R3: Editor Integration & Cleanup: Resolves $GIT_EDITOR/$EDITOR/$VISUAL, parses command strings with shlex.split, strips comment lines and trailing whitespace, and preserves message on non-zero exit.
• R4: Per-Generation Telemetry: SQLite database at ~/.local/share/gitmate/metrics.db or GITMATE_METRICS_DIR with invocations table. Non-blocking logging for all generations and regenerations.
• R5: Verification & Quality: 207 tests passing (100%), ruff check clean, ruff format clean, and mypy src tests strict clean.
