Stacked on #129614 (strict mypy, types only). This is #129427 rebased onto it so the fix lands after the typing PR.
The Teams conversations API response must contain an
id. Index the response so a malformed payload raisesKeyErrorinstead of returningNoneand building an activity URL that containsNone.Tests cover the normal response and the missing-id case.
