Stacked on #129614 (strict mypy, types only). This is #129436 rebased onto it so the fix lands after the typing PR.
Artifact headers come from uploaded manifests. A non-string
sourcemaporx-sourcemapvalue was passed intoforce_bytes, which expects a string._sourcemap_headernow treats non-string values as absent instead of casting them.Test:
