Record the existing trace.trace_drawer_details.gen_ai_span_details_viewed event when the dedicated AI span details panel opens. NodeDetails routes AI spans to this lazily loaded panel, bypassing the generic span panel that previously held the only emitter. Keep the legacy event key for reporting continuity; it does not describe the current UI layout.

Use the existing operation-type resolver and track selection changes even between spans of the same type. Generic span tracking remains unchanged, and standalone conversation details remain excluded. Regression coverage checks selection, rerenders, and the standalone exclusion.
