This adds a short "Settings Navigation" note to
static/AGENTS.mdfor agents working on settings whileorganizations:settings-v3rolls out. It covers four points:useSettingsV3()is the gate.useSettingsScope()derives the scope from the URL, andgetSettingsScopeTitlegives each scope's title.settingsV3has to be passed to the nav config functions, including from Cmd+K.getSettingsScopeTitlecurrently lives insettingsNavigation.tsx. #129658 moves it touseSettingsScope.ts, so the note names the function and leaves out its file. The note is documentation only and has no runtime effect.via @priscilawebdev.
