uvanduvxfromghcr.io/astral-sh/uv:0.13.5(pinned by digest) instead of installing an unpinneduvwith pip. 0.13.5 is the current latest, so the uv version does not change./.venvis now created with--without-pip, and the unusedPIP_*env vars are gone.
