Moves uv from 0.13.4 to 0.13.5 for VULN-3216 (eMudhra CA compromise). Follow-up to #399, which went to 0.13.4.
0.13.4 removed the eMudhra root from uv's bundled store. 0.13.5 also rejects certificate chains that contain the compromised eMudhra intermediate keys (
rustls-webpki0.103.16), and its managed CPython builds ship pip with certifi 2026.10.19.Changed: the
install.shURL inMakefile, the only uv version pin #399 added. The other #399 changes were the CMake policy env for runners, which stay as is.Verified locally:
