GitHub redirects
/issuesto/issues/assignedfor logged-in users, so the tab ends up on the final URL. Browsers focus an existing tab only when the opened URL matches the tab's current URL, so every run ofgh my issuesopened a duplicate tab.Open the final URL directly instead.
