What changed

• Sets the Tauri version source to 1.0.34 and synchronizes package.json, src-tauri/Cargo.toml and the gswitch entry in src-tauri/Cargo.lock.
• Rewrites release-notes.json for 1.0.34 in English and Simplified Chinese:
  1. Updated components behind in-app updates, file selection and single-instance handling, plus other dependencies (Refresh in-range Rust and npm dependencies and pnpm 10.34.8 #236, Update the Tauri dialog, updater and single-instance plugins and lucide-react #240).
  2. On Linux, the Codex running check copes better with processes that exit mid-check (sysinfo 0.39, Move aes-gcm to 0.11 and sysinfo to 0.39 #237).

Why

1.0.34 is the next unused patch version (no v1.0.34 tag exists). It ships the dependency work since 1.0.33: #234, #235, #236, #237 and #240. The release workflow change in #234 and the Renovate config in #238 and #239 do not reach users. #235 changes the frontend toolchain only.

Validation

• pnpm run version:check passes with the new notes.
• node scripts/release-assets.mjs notes renders the draft body with both note lists, the downloads and the v1.0.33...v1.0.34 changelog link.
• The diff is the four version lines plus the notes file.

Remaining

After this and #240 merge: tag the resulting main commit as v1.0.34, let the release workflow build the draft, verify its assets, manifest, provenance, the main push CI run and the notes, then publish. This is the first release run with download-artifact v8 (#234).
