⚠️ DO NOT MERGE until gitroomhq/postiz-app#2109 is deployed

The documented page parameter and the total / page / hasMore fields only exist once that backend change is live. Merging earlier would document paging that production does not do yet.

What kind of change does this PR introduce?

Documentation (MCP tools reference, mcp/tools.mdx, postsListTool section). Adds one sentence saying results are ordered by publish date and paged 50 per page, an optional page row in the Parameters table, and a new top-level Returns table (posts, total, page, hasMore) above the existing per-item table, which is now introduced as "Each item of posts has". The per-item rows and every other section are unchanged.

Why was this change needed?

On a very large organization a single postsListTool result grew past the model provider's 10 MB per-output limit and the agent chat failed. gitroomhq/postiz-app#2109 makes the tool return 50 posts per page with total / hasMore so clients can fetch the rest. This PR documents the new input and outputs for MCP users.

Other information:

#247 edits the same section (adds includeAttachments); whichever merges second needs a small conflict resolution.

QA

  1. Run npx mint dev in the repo and open /mcp/tools#postslisttool
  2. The intro ends with "Results are ordered by publish date and paged, 50 posts per page."
  3. The Parameters table has a page row (number, Required "No") after customer
  4. Under Returns there is a table with posts, total, page, hasMore, followed by "Each item of posts has:" and the unchanged item table
  5. No table overflows the content column and the page has no horizontal scroll

Checked this way locally with Mintlify in Chrome at 1470px: the new rows and the new table render inside the content column like the neighbouring tables, no page-level horizontal overflow.
