Dependabot PRs in this repo go green and then sit: the review requirement needs one approving review, and the bot cannot approve its own PR. This adds the workflow
agent-notifyalready uses, which approves non-major bumps and queues the squash-merge behind the required checks.Major bumps are excluded and still wait for a human review.
