Rootless Podman requires uidmap (newuidmap and newgidmap) for setting up user namespaces with subordinate UIDs/GIDs, and passt (pasta) for rootless container networking. Add them to Depends for cuttlefish-podcvd so that hosts installing the package have all required dependencies.
