_get_itemskeeps paging until it has seen thetotal_countreported by the first page. If an artifact expires or is deleted mid-listing, later pages come back empty and the loop requests pages until GitHub's API rate limit fails it. It now stops at the first empty page.And with this PR, I am hopefully done reporting deployment bugs. Thank you very much for making this marvelous tool, we really appreciate it at DataFusion SQLparser.
