Install qemu-img and stage every fuzzer, disk seed corpus, dictionary and input-size option directly in the project's build script. Drop our own nightly Rust toolchain override. Going out of sync with oss-fuzz's infrastructure can lead to format incompatibility while generating reports. Signed-off-by: Wei Liu <liuwe@microsoft.com>
