Found while deploying ClusterFuzzLite on several projects.
A failed
upload-buildis only logged, so the build job stays green. Without that build, PR fuzzing cannot check a crash against the base branch and reports every reproducible crash as new. The build step now fails when the upload fails.Depends on #16190, which gives
upload_corpusthe same return value. Until it merges, this diff also shows its commit. I am opening this as I worry I would ending up forget about this otherwise.
