I have completed the reorganization of the occupancy module and added comparison charts as requested in Issue #138. Please review these changes when you get a chance. Thank you!

Summary of Changes:

• Module Reorganization: Created a dedicated smart_control/simulator/occupancy/ folder and moved all occupancy-related models (enhanced_occupancy.py, randomized_arrival_departure_occupancy.py, step_function_occupancy.py, and stochastic_occupancy.py) along with their test files into it.
• Imports Updated: Fixed and updated relative/absolute path imports across the modules.
• Comparison Script: Added a comparison script and generated visualization outputs (occupancy_comparison.png and occupancy_comparison.html) under docs/assets/ to compare all occupancy models.
• Testing: Verified that all 52 unit tests pass successfully.
