Not trivial, leaving for a human. @babel/types@8 is a breaking major: the install is fine but Build fails type-checking with packages/graphql-language-service-server/src/parsers/babel.ts(5,14): error TS2883: The inferred type of 'babelParser' cannot be named without a reference to 'File' from '@babel/parser/node_modules/@babel/types'. Needs an explicit type annotation plus a review of the v8 breaking changes.
