This PR auto-translates missing string resources across 21 language locales (Arabic, German, Spanish, Farsi, French, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Punjabi, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese). The changes also normalize XML formatting by breaking long concatenated strings into properly formatted multi-line entries and fixing inconsistent indentation.
