• Keep navigation available in read-only mode and omit it for a missing subnet

Next steps

This draft contains the initial small change. Continue this PR with:

• Improve instance sizing and port-label placement
• Integrate subnet navigation into the Entities tree
• Add simulation trace inspection and selection between instances
• Coordinate automatic availability for imported nets with FE-1601

Test coverage

Package build, unit tests, type checks, and lint passed. This small navigation button uses the existing active-net action; no new unit test was added.

How to test

• Enable Net Components and open a net with a component instance
• Select the instance and click Open subnet in its properties
• Confirm the referenced subnet opens
