Thanks Laurent!
A few comments:
- The committee page also appears in projects/ as an
inprogressproject, we may want to change that.
An LLM also found a few other things that we should fix, I think:
Comments of roles do not match
TLCRole/parseTLCRole/sortTLCByRole copy Role/parseRole/sortBoardByRole, along with their comments, which are now wrong. They mention "board member", the "Who We Are" page, Vice Chair/Treasurer, BoardMember, and the error prefix parseRole:. One generic sortByRole :: Ord r => (String -> Either String r) -> String -> r -> [Item String] -> Compiler [Item String] (parser, metadata field, default role) would serve both.
Member bios are cut to their first paragraph
Bug: member bios are cut to their first paragraph, as plain text. Nothing in site.hs compiles technical-leadership/members/*.markdown. The only rule that matches those files is the catch-all match "**/*.markdown" $ version "description". So loadAll picks up the OpenGraph description items: the first paragraph only, with no <p>. In the built page, Julian's second paragraph ("Julian believes in open source…") is missing. The fix is one line, mirroring who-we-are/people:
match "technical-leadership/members/*.markdown" $ compile pandocCompilerThe posted screenshot doesn't reveal this, because three of the four bios are a single paragraph.
Typo
TLCBoardLiaiso should be TLCBoardLiaison.
