Empty validation PRs (0 changed files, not merged) — e.g. leonardoReizz's he4rt/4noobs#133, opened only to validate the fork -> branch -> PR flow — were being counted as real participation in the community retrospective. Add an isEmptyTestPr reject to the read model: drop PRs with changed_files === 0 and merged === false. Guarded on the key being present so legacy metadata without changed_files is kept (graceful degradation, like the merged_at index). Merged zero-file PRs and closed-with-changes PRs still count (decision #10).
