Game review reports could flag normal editor activity and reuse stale or incomplete telemetry. This change removes weak style/focus/coverage scoring, accounts for Vim and IME input, and records timestamped edit evidence with session and batch sequence tracking.

Reports now preserve competitive code before post-game practice, invalidate stale caches, and expose collection limitations. Moderators can append auditable decisions independently of scores and complaints. A read-only evaluation command compares the rules against reviewed outcomes without starting application workers. No automatic bans or trained ML model are introduced.

This branch also includes landing heading punctuation fixes, season/custom tournament tabs and translations, and the committed dependency refresh. Production exports and scratch analysis remain in ignored tmp/ and are not included.

Validation of the anticheat implementation: make test (1,638 passed, 48 excluded; 96.8% coverage), make test-fe (7 telemetry tests, typecheck and build), make lint, make lint-js, make credo, and make dialyzer passed. The translated report and moderator form were visually checked locally. CI will validate the complete branch including the dependency refresh.

Deployment: apply all three additive report/review migrations before deploying the application. Preserve historical raw telemetry and replays; refresh derived reports with the silent backfill path described in docs/antibot-review.md.
