Summary

Adds quick dark/light mode toggle button in top right header actions with SunIcon and MoonIcon.
Adds theme toggle button directly in AssistantDrawer header for convenience.
Preserves theme preference in localStorage and synchronizes data-theme and Tailwind dark class on html root.
