Summary

The second desk step of Agent-Workspace ADR-0024 adds the Missions board and the task drawer, plus the writes behind them.

  • Server. These routes each run one ws command with the revision the desk read, and answer 409 when that revision is stale:

    • POST desk/pm/tasks
    • tasks/edit
    • tasks/status
    • tasks/comment
    • tasks/check
    • tasks/block
    • tasks/unblock
    • remind

Every field is checked before ws runs.

  • Missions board (Menu > Missions > Missions board). Every client's tasks are shown on one board.

    • Columns are the project room's stations.
    • There is one lane per client, project, or assignee.
    • Filters cover client, assignee, label, due date, and text.
    • A quick add creates a task in a project or in a client's own work.
    • A card shows its scope, the due date (late or today), checklist or milestone progress, an agent figure when the assignee is agent:<tool>, and a raised hand when the task is blocked.
    • Dragging a card along its lane changes its station.
  • Task drawer. It shows and edits the station, priority, due date, assignee, labels, blocker, and checklist; shows the description and acceptance criteria; and has a comment box and the activity of every person and agent. When an edit is refused because the task changed in the meantime, the drawer says so and reloads. Alerts about a task, from Today or the Inbox, now open that task.

In the browser harness, a small task store answers ws task list --all, show, edit, comment, check, and status for the Missions specs. Every other task command still goes through the file-writing stub.

Test plan

  • pnpm test: 253 passing
    • Write argument building and validation
    • none is refused as a title
    • A revision conflict maps to 409
    • Board helpers: due tone, filters, lanes, station order, shipped cap
  • pnpm lint, pnpm exec tsc -b, pnpm build
  • PW_CHANNEL=chrome pnpm test:ui: 34 passing; missions-board.spec.ts covers:
    • lanes and stations
    • search and the late filter
    • drawer status, checklist, and comment through ws task
    • a stale revision being refused
    • drag and drop
    • quick add through ws task add
  • Screenshots of the board and the drawer, light and dark
  • Identifier scan of the diff and the commit messages: no matches

POST desk/pm/tasks, tasks/edit, tasks/status, tasks/comment, tasks/check,
tasks/block, tasks/unblock, and remind each run one ws command
(Agent-Workspace ADR-0024) with the revision the desk read, a stale one
answering 409. Every field is checked before ws runs; "none" clears a
field and so can never be a title.

Every client's tasks on one board: the project room's stations as columns
and a lane per client, project, or assignee, with filters, a quick add
into a project or a client's own work, and drag along a lane to move a
card. A card opens the task drawer: station, priority, due date,
assignee, labels, blocker, checklist, description, comments, and the
activity of every person and agent; each edit is one ws command with the
revision read. Alerts about a task now open that task.

The browser harness gains a task store the Missions specs write, which
answers ws task list --all, show, edit, comment, check, and status.
