Summary

This is the third desk step of Agent-Workspace ADR-0024. It adds the Backlog, the Timeline, and client dossiers, each opened from the Missions group of the menu.

Backlog

• Open work is grouped by client or by milestone and ranked by hand. A row can be dragged, or moved up or down from the keyboard.
• The milestones and their progress are shown at the top.
• A move renumbers the group 1..n and writes only the ranks that change. The order is the task's own rank field, so agents read the same order.

Timeline

• Shows one week, Monday first, with due work and reminders on their day.
• Late work sits in an "Earlier" column.
• Dragging an item to another day moves its due date. For a reminder, it moves the day and keeps the time.

Clients and dossiers

• The Clients view shows every client's pulse.
• A dossier has these sections:
  • the profile (from client.md), working agreement, and stakeholder roles;
  • projects, which open their rooms;
  • the client's own open work, which opens the task drawer;
  • the interaction log, with a field for logging a new entry (POST desk/pm/clients/:client/log, which runs ws client log);
  • contacts and commercial terms, marked "desk only". The host reads these from disk, and no agent receives them.
• A client scope (@<client>) now opens its dossier.

Test plan

• pnpm test: 257 passing. New tests cover backlog grouping, minimal-write renumbering, milestones, the week from Monday, and timeline placement; plus the interaction-log route.
• pnpm lint, pnpm exec tsc -b, pnpm build
• PW_CHANNEL=chrome pnpm test:ui: 37 passing. missions-plan.spec.ts checks:
  • ranking with minimal writes;
  • the milestone's progress;
  • the timeline by day, with late work earlier;
  • drag to another day;
  • the dossier: profile, work, and the restricted contacts shown desk-only;
  • logging an interaction;
  • opening a project's room from the dossier.
