Adds isometric project studios and actual-state agent figures, fixes project list parsing, and connects coding mutations to optional Brain policy checks. Read-only specialists inherit project/model scope and have explicit lifecycle limits.
Validation: 272 tests, build and lint passed; prior browser journeys passed; actual Brain CLI with offline mock-model smoke test passed. No live policy opt-in or binary deployment is included.
