Prepares Direct v0.7.20 from exact current main.
Validation: canonical repository check passed locally with Bun 1.3.14, Node 24.18.1, and npm 11.19.0, including release recovery, package smoke, core tests, lint, Todos production and Direct boundaries, and React Native boundaries.
This PR does not create a tag or publish npm.
