What

  • Fold a crew: an arrow beside each crew name in the sidebar hides its bots. A button at the top folds or unfolds every crew. Folded crews are remembered (botloft.collapsedCrews in localStorage). A folded crew keeps the open conversation in view, its unread count, and a warn dot when one of its bots needs the owner.
  • Page of all crews: clicking "Crews" at the top of the sidebar opens every crew as a card in the middle: bot count, the first six faces (still, so the page does not repaint every flame), how many bots work and how many need the owner, or "Paused". A card opens the crew. It replaces the old "pick a crew" line, and stays open across a reconnection (only the first load opens the first crew).

Spec 15.1 updated.

Tests

  • collapse.test.tsx: folding hides bots but keeps the open one, is stored, shows the waiting dot; fold/unfold all; the page of all crews opens from the sidebar and leads to a crew.
  • Three older tests matched the crew button with a loose regex that now also hits "Fold "; they use the exact name.
  • pnpm check passes. Checked in the preview (FakeBotloft): overview and fold-all render as expected.

No Claude Code behavior involved; no manual real-Claude step needed.

An arrow beside each crew folds its bots away, and a button at the top
folds or unfolds every crew; the choice is kept in localStorage. A
folded crew still shows the open conversation, its unread count and a
dot when one of its bots needs the owner.

Clicking "Crews" at the top of the sidebar opens a page with every crew
as a card (bots, still faces, how many work and how many need the
owner). It replaces the "pick a crew" line and stays open across a
reconnection.
