feat(app): mascots wake, pop in and look at each other - #147

Three more one-time gestures on top of the mood: - wake: when a bot comes back from paused or stopped, the ember grows into the flame, stretching past it, and the shut eyes give way to open ones that open halfway, blink heavily and open for good (0.8 s); - pop in: a bot created while the app is open shows in the sidebar and the crew's cards growing from a dot, landing squashed and opening its eyes (0.7 s); - glance: when one bot sends another a message, both mascots look toward the nearest mascot of the other on screen for a moment (1.6 s). The moments move to mascotMoments.ts and ListAvatar to its own file, so BotAvatar stays short. Each animation ends at rest, so less motion shows nothing.
Checked against real Claude Code: a new bot is created stopped and starts at once, so its mascot woke on top of its pop in, then cheered when it finished starting up, as if it had finished work. The mascot now cheers only when the bot leaves real work (not launching), and does not wake while it is still popping in. A new bot that starts after its pop in arrives asleep and wakes, which reads well.

Three more one-time gestures on top of the mascot's mood, after the cheer (#145):
mascot-wake.css, 0.8 s): when a bot comes back from paused or stopped, the small ember grows into the flame, stretching past it and settling; the shut eyes give way to open ones that open halfway, blink heavily and open for good.mascot-wake.css, 0.7 s): a bot created while the app is open shows in the sidebar and the crew's cards growing from a dot, landing squashed, springing up and opening its eyes.mascot-glance.css, 1.6 s): when one bot sends another a message, both mascots look toward the nearest mascot of the other on screen, hold, and look back. If the other is not on screen, nobody glances; a sleeping mascot keeps its eyes shut. The moments move to
mascotMoments.tsandListAvatarto its own file, soBotAvatar.tsxstays under 300 lines. Every animation ends at rest, so less motion shows nothing. Spec 15.3 describes them.Tests
moments.test.tsx: wake on sleeping → awake only; pop in for a bot created a moment ago, not an older one; every keyframe ends at rest; two bots in the sidebar look at each other (up and down) when one writes to the other, and stop after the glance.Checked with real Claude Code (2.1.287)
A fresh dev daemon, the app on
?live, a crew with two haiku bots, Ada and Bia, and a page script logging every moment with its bot:The first run found two things the unit tests did not: a new bot woke on top of its pop in, and every bot cheered when it finished starting up. Both fixed in the second commit, with tests.
