fix(app): show conversation previews without Markdown marks - #148

Conversation
The sidebar's line under each bot showed the last reply raw, so a bold title read "**Vendas do dia:** 1 venda". What someone wrote (a reply, a message, a question) now shows as plain words: plainText takes off strong, emphasis, code, links, headings, quotes, lists and table pipes, and keeps a lone * or _ inside a word. A tool's command or path keeps its own characters.

The line under each bot in the sidebar showed the last reply raw, so a reply that starts with a bold title read
**Vendas do dia, 03/10:** 1 venda nova. What someone wrote (a reply, a message, the owner's own note, a bot's question) now shows as plain words.
lib/plainText.tstakes off strong, emphasis, code, strikethrough, links and images (keeping their text), headings, quotes, list and task marks, code fences, rules and table pipes, and joins the lines. A lone*or_inside a word (snake_case,2*3) stays. A tool line keeps its command or path as it came (ls **/*.md).Spec 15.3 (sidebar) says so.
Tests
plainText.test.ts: each kind of mark, words with_and*inside, links, fences, tables and escapes.preview.test.tsx: a bold reply shows plain in the sidebar, a tool command keeps its stars.questions.test.tsxexpected the raw**client**in the sidebar; it now expects the plain words.
