feat(chat): show the image a bot reads on its tool line - #191

A Read of a png, jpg, gif, webp or bmp now shows the picture small on the line (also on the folded line while the bot reads it) and larger when the line opens. It is read with files.read, so only images in the bot's folders show; any other path keeps the plain line.

When a bot reads an image with
Read(png, jpg, gif, webp, bmp), the tool line now shows it:The picture is read with
files.read, so only images in the bot's folders show; any other path keeps the plain line. The path is found in the input even when it is cut short. No new UI text (the image's alt is the file name). Spec 15.3 updated.Tests:
readImage.test.tsx(path finding, thumbnail and larger picture, image outside the folders). Manual: ask a bot to look at an image in its work folder and check the line.
